Complete reconstruction and expansion of the Branford and Greenwich Highway Service Plazas. Including contaminated soil management, earthwork, retaining walls, complete utility replacement including approximately 2,700 LF of water line. This work included the rehabilitation and replacement of the existing 8” water line both within the rest areas and under the highway. All new parking lots, sidewalks, dog walking areas, and service support for the trucking industry.
