BUDGET: $18 Million

Major building systems rehabilitation/replacement; installation of a new lecture hall at Peabody’s Klein facility; installation of the Peabody Crustaceous Garden; exterior renovation/ historic restoration involving cutting and pointing 80% of the century old structure’s brick; replacement of: 75% of the decorative stone, all pre-cast window surrounds, all windows, and three major roofs (slate, copper and flat seam sheet metal); and covering the original skylight structures with standing seam metal roofs.
