TITLE: Harbour Landing

Resurrecting the residential nature of New Haven’s “City Point” neighborhood has long been a primary goal of the New Haven’s City Planners. This large scale project drew upon the residential character of the area as well as the excellent waterfront attributes associated with it. An attractive condominium with renewed access to the waterfront, Harbour Landing has one hundred and three residential units; each distinctly unique in both design and amenities. Most units have spectacular views not only of Long Island Sound but also historic New Haven’s impressive skyline. Another part of the overall scope was the construction of Oyster Point Marina, a boat dock facility that offers support services to boaters and the community at large, as well as the founding facility for what has become one of the State’s premier magnet schools, Sound School.
