The renovation of this 8,539 sf Beaux Arts Classical involved major façade rehabilitation, interior joist shoring, and renovation of the undergraduate production offices, studios and rehearsal loft. Exterior work included comprehensive repair and/ or historically accurate replacement of all of the building’s brick (including repointing), masonry, terra cotta, metalwork, doors and fixtures. All lintels and windows were replaced with historically accurate replicas.Additional Photos:
